Vrinda Joshi

Vrinda has been part of MAX Legal almost since the beginning. She has played various key roles in MAX Legal. Several cases argued by her are reported in various law reports.

 

Apart from dealing with tax matters she specializes in laws relating to Sexual Harassment at Workplace, POSCO, etc. She now is a partner at ProGrace Mantra.

She spends her free time in reading and music. She actively participates in social work.

Tanvee Padhye

Tanvee has been part of MAX Legal for over 5 years. In MAX Legal. She handles advisory work, drafting, legal research relating to indirect tax matters.

 

She has keen interest in French language and culture. She has been a Kathak Dancer and has been stage performing.

N G Joshi

Narayan Joshi started his career with his own practice in taxation. He subsequently moved to Bajaj Auto Ltd. and handled several positions in connection with legal and tax matters. He has almost 40 years of experience in legal and taxation matters.

 

His passion, dedication and study is Stock Market.

S N Kulkarni

S. N. Kulkarni has almost 40 years of industry practice. He has handled tax matters of Multinational Companies like Dr. Beck & Co. and KSB Ltd. He has been in-charge of not just routine tax matters but also litigation at various stages starting from Adjudication up to the Supreme Court.

 

His lifelong quest into spirituality is a continuous process.

Makarand Joshi

Makarand is a founder of MAX Legal. He has been with the Chambers of Mr. Arshad Hidayatullah, Senior Advocate, for more than a decade, where he learnt intricacies of the law, arguments, court crafts and detailed oriented approach to research.

 

He has appeared and argued before the Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court. Several cases successfully argued by him are reported in various law reports. Articles written by him are published by many publishers and websites.

 

His passion has been riding his motor cycle. He has travelled across the country on his Harley Davidson.
